          This site is designed to expedite the repair of your Citizen Watch. Please click on the Service Request Form ( menu button ) Fill out the form completely, print two copies and send one with your watch. Please allow 5-8 days for your watch to arrive and check your email for our message.Consumers and dealers are welcome.

SHOP PROCEDURES :

     —    All repairs are done in the order received.

     —    Mail in repairs are pay in advance ( Except Warranty )

     —    Any warranty repairs must have a dated sale receipt 

     —    Repair Status requests are by Fax or Email only

     —    Repair times (after payment) will take 10-20 working days

     —    Special Order Parts are Pay in Advance 

     —    Respond to our Estimates quickly,  so no delays

     —    Use the Contact Us Button for any Questions  

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS :

     —   Do not send your display/gift box ( All packaging is discarded )

     —   Send your Watch & Service Form packed in a small box

     —   Insure the package for the value of the contents.
